How quickly will you reply?

Usually within one or two working days. Messages about the API or a bug in the Chrome extension get priority.

Can you recover a password I generated?

No, and nobody can. Passwords are generated on your device and never sent to us, so there is nothing for us to look up. If you lost one, use the "forgot password" option of the site it belongs to.

Do you store my message?

We keep your message and email address only so we can answer you. We never add you to a mailing list or share your details. See the privacy policy.

Can I suggest a feature?
